yep, balance yoke
also you should really put a tailpipe on that thing, otherwise you will have exhaust in the cab.

Looking good Don! 33s with 3.73 wouldn't be too bad i don't think. My jimmy felt like a slug on take off with 35s and 3.42s lol.

I'll be going to 33s after the body lift. Right now, I gotta finish addressing the front end.

But for a little more comparison, hears the 4x4 axle on the jimmy, and the zr2 axle on the blazer

Both have 2wd rims. Jimmy has 80s camaro rims, and blazer has the zq8 rims. Believe to be the same back spacing...

So I managed to get a zr2 read diff on Wednesday for 175 complete with brakes (was -45 with the wind when I pulled it out). Just finished putting it in had to get a moog 447 conversion ujoint but it seems I can’t line up the sway to put it back on. How is yours all lined up?

I actually used a couple of the u bolts that held the leaf spring/shock mount brackets into place, as I got a new set made.

I can get a pic tomorrow, hopefully my drunk *** remembers lol...

Edit: the rc lift came with a couple of brackets, that move thw sway bar location. You can see in the axle pic above(slightly). I can also get a better pic of them if needed.

Might as well write something here too lol...

So I've had a lot on my plate lately, and a lot of thinking to do.

As the trans keeps slipping, its only a matter of time before that goes. So im gonna be looking at what i can do about using the one from the sonoma, if it's even possible...

Next on the plate is taking out the left, and getting the 4x4 100%... got really bad binding and locking up while in 4hi/lo, and trying to turn...

Other then that, there's a couple interior pieces im taking from the sonoma, going to take the doors and rewire the drivers door to be able to use my 4door buttons(better shape and tinted windows), hood is being swapped back to the blazer...

Probably missing something, but I'm sure I'll update when I get something done lol...

Oh that darn spider injector!!! And might tackle the electric fans, and gotta see if there's anything from the heater in the sonoma I can take and put in the blazer to have heat lmao.... there's more that I'm forgetting...

Don, on the spider injector they HAVE to be layer down a certain way. And the AC delco unit is the only one that has instructions on this. I have a spare set here if you need a copy of the instructions

Really happy to get this!

So I picked up the injector 2nd hand new from kijiji, unfortunately it didnt come with box or instructions. If you wouldnt mind sending this to me, that would be great. Just pulled out the repair manuals to see if they had insight this weekend lol...

and so the kick in the *** has begun......
