My small 96 Blazer build
So basically the only lift in the rear is a Spring Over Axle swap? That's crazy how much lift you can get just by moving the axle under the leaf! I am VERY excited to see the rest of this and hear of the performance of the 4.3 with this so I can justify doing my swap sooner. Hahaha. Awesome work Rex!
Its at 7deg up. I measured my transmission tall shaft and that is at 7deg as well so fro research it should be spot on with no worry of vibration from the dshaft as the angles are matching. At least that's what I'm hoping lol!
Make sure you make a build thread if you do it!
Once its finished settling out it should look much better. It already does after the work I did today. There's really only so much you can do with the fenders tho especially the rear.

Yeah its a SOA in the rear which gives it some lift but the 14b is also a half inch larger diameter axle and of course then there is the much larger tires that add left as well. If you were to do the SOA on your truck you would likely see about 4-6" of lift. With the 5.13 gearing I should be right about the same as I was before I started as far as performance goes. My truck has always been pretty good to me as far as performance and I never had an issue breaking both back tires loose even on dry pavement. Thanks for the compliment!
Haha tell Chelsea not to be bitter just cause she can't jump high enough to get in it!
Mine hasn't seen it yet but I bet she will notice!!!!!!!!!
Got the passenger side spring pulled, burned in the rear hanger and put everything back together today. With one leaf removed from each side the front came down about 1.5" which makes me happy and is about where I want to be at. Before the front center of fender was right at 49" now its at 47.5". Hopefully monday afternoon I will be able to get the leaves put into the rear packs and bring that up a bit. After everything was together I rocked the **** outta it to help things work into place a bit since I can't drive it yet and ended up with a pretty decent shackle angle at about 5-6 deg. The pics aren't the greatest but you can see the angle pretty well.
