Default leaf springs

I'm sure this has been answered at some point and for that I apollogize in advance, its just I have been searching like crazy on the internet and here on the forum. My question is am I able to use S-10 leafs on my Blazer? I would think they are the same size as they share same frame and such but my main thing is will they be strong enough and will they effect my ride height?

I'm pretty sure that the centering bolt holes are not quite in the same place between the Blazer vs the pickups, so your axle would not sit in the center of the wheel well.
