Haha I like that.

About the picture and dispute, he did dispute it but in our regs it does not state anywhere that axillary lights have to be functioning.

I have 8 forward facing aux lights on my Blazer, and use them on the highway at night and there never covered, and have never had a problem!

Yes, roof lights are legal in NYS. They just can''t be on while you're driving on roads. I had 3 on my roof rack until I had to remove them to make room for transporting a mattress. Putting them back on soon, and another 2 on my bumper.

@Tibby, thanks for the informational post! I was hoping to run 4 up on my roof rack. I'll check out Soltek, sounds like what I need.

should be as long as your not turning them on going down the road lol
