Times have certainly changed... There are no u-pull yards left in my area, but the last one to go featured a stereotypical junkyard dog. You'd be crazy to bring a dog of any size...

We are deprived of pick n pulls here in NY lol. There are a couple out in western NY, but nothing within a couple hours or more from the capital region

That's what I put in, a full bottle plus a bit extra (1.25 quarts, or 1,182ml) of DEXRON-III equivalent ATF. I'm sure this was the original fluid from the factory. I want to change my front diff fluid too, only thing is I know the case is full, it's just below the fill hole, and it doesn't look too dirty.

I have a Pick N Pull here but they didn't have any rear hatch tire carriers. They're cheap bastards when they buy cars too, but that's par for the course.

Lucky Lady! Now just where can I find a guy like that? Then again a guy for me would have to share the shop with me.

It was part of her birthday present. She still helped though lol... now it just needs some different wheels and 33's

Not a bad truck though- a little too many automatic electronic controls for me, but it's got a g80 and z85 towing suspension and moves thru the snow and mud pretty well, I do want to find z71 skidplates for it though.. Not that she does any heavy offroading with it, but it's a nice peace of mind on the state forest trails.

It does look good, I just wish Chevy didn't make square wheel wells for round tires...

Changed out my door speakers today. I could definitely see why my drivers door speaker sounded like ***, the cone separated from the basket, only being held on by the wires. I swapped in a set of 6.5" Rockford Fosgate Prime's with a Metra wiring kit so it was all plug and play, took about an hour to do both doors. I have a set of 6x9" Sound Ordnance P-69B's coming in for my mid panels, so I'll do those next week.
