Used some 3M-4000 UV Marine Adhesive/Sealant to seal the seams of the body to roof panel at the upper corners of the lift-gate (at the D-pillar). Looks like some of the original Bond-ish material was lost. Fortunately, my truck is white and so is the adhesive which is good as this adhesive is not paintable (I think).
BTW, the 3M-4000 and 5200 adhesive/sealants are a great product for many applications.They seal and join surfaces really well. Note that the conventional wisdom is that the 5200 is basically permanent.
I replaced almost all the vacuum tubing using Christine_208's thread. Still have to do the one to the actuator under the battery. While doing it I found a wire connector with a broken female fitting still attached. After much searching I found a sensor in the side of the block above and between the #3 & 5 spark plugs. What is this sensor called so I can replace it? I'm attaching pics of the vacuum tubing condition before replacement and the connector and sensor.

Could the sensor be an anti-knock sensor?
The tubing was falling apart as I was removing them. Your list is spot-on Christine. I really appreciate the thread you put together. The only tube I had an issue with was the one that came off the tee and went to the drivers side fender wall. Very tough to get my large hands in there to get it on the fitting.
I've been searching the internet for that sensor and I believe it's the coolant temperature sensor. Making a trip down the road to AZ to get one.

I was able to replace the reverse light switch. Was stunned that it was as simple as it was. Now my son has reverse lights. The old switch had an internal short that would blow the fuse.
Replaced the broken coolant temp sensor. Went ahead and drained the coolant and refilled with Dexcool. Decided to pull both tow hooks that are rusted and sand/repaint them. Used the hammer black that I used on the roof rack and wiper arms. Removed the 86 pin on the DRL relay to shut those lights off.

Got the blazer in the garage and gave it a wash inside and out, getting ready to be back on the road for winter. Will be replacing the neutral safety switch this weekend.
Yesterday I applied clear coat to where the original clear coat was just starting to peal at the bottom edge of the left rear window. I sprayed the can so that most of it was over the masked area. Unfortunately, at the edge of the sprayed area over the paint some of the clear coat instead of being smooth ended up as lots of almost microscopic droplets forming a matt/non-smooth finish. I'll take some polishing compound to those areas to get rid of it.
