surprisingly, mine worked absolutely perfectly today. used it to move about 1500lbs of batteries for work 3 times. had a couple pallets in our storage unit that needed to be moved to shop before winter hit
i know thats overloading it (according to printed payload rating) but i only drove 3 miles and i still had play in my suspension so i don't see any issues.

They are workhorses. When I was building my mini-barn, I had over 50 2x4's in the back, sticking out of the open rear window... plus 15 4x8 sheets of siding tied on the roof racks. Add in some hardware and a couple of rolls of tar paper, and it was quite a payload. Drove home about 15 miles, which included a trip over a mountain.

aired up the tires for winter, thought they looked a little soft, heck all 4 only had 27 pounds each in them! no more "squishy" feeling now! ha ha. t/c switch is stuck so bypassed it completely, have a valve now to turn vaccum on/off to front axle acutator. (probly just leave front axle "live" for winter) put plastic cover back on under the front to keep crap out when it does snow, pulled rear driveshaft to grease U-joints, has fittings but my gun connection wont fit with the driveshaft in place. tommarrow i'll probly check my t-case/axle fluid levels.
