well started the day thinkin i was going to lift the rea of my truck

DIDNT HAPPEN LIKE I THOUGHT...

was going to install my extra add a spring and the rear shackels
i got the ad a leafs on but the shackels i gave up on...

i have been soaking the bolts forover a week now in pb blaster and it didnt help..

i said the hell with it ordered new bushings and when they come in i will install the shackels
dammn this sux

Most removals of shackles involves an oxy/acetylene torch. Toss the bolts, bushings are toasted & all should be replaced anyways. It's the nature of the beast usually with shackle bolts.
Use lots of nickle anti seize when reasembling them! Or any anti seize, it'll pay dividends, trust me.

also.... the driver side is a 1" higher then the pass side...
