All in all, I am impressed with the calendar. I think the design of it looks great (I have said this before) despite the spelling mistake. If they aren't too expensive by the time they reach Chris I will hopefully pick one up since it's pretty cool my truck is in a calendar.

Whether Craig was doing this knowingly or not it, because I can't really say whether or not he did, it does produce frustration among those offering said help rather efficiently. I guess you just have to understand EXACTLY what went down to understand the ... "TONE?"... that was used in my posts... if I sounded like a tool, I'm sorry for that folks but the way I was feeling yesterday (exam stress probably doesn't help to begin with), it really could have been much worse.
while i edited both of your original posts to save repeating everything over again, but did want to get the point across that i'm in the same boat as Pat & Alex. plus being the new guy around here, i didn't want to seem like i was trying to blow this up bigger than it was, 'cause i felt the same way. betcha nobody thought i could keep my comments to myself, eh

and Alex (you too Pat, i hope you do get one), i'm not gonna charge anyone anything more than the actuall cost for them-i'm even gonna send a copy of the actual bill for them, with each one i mail out.

1) i had suggested in a PM to another Canadian member earlier, about maybe doing a Canadian one, & an American one next year (or next time?). not to seperate our division by Country, but rather to let everyone have a greater chance of being in it.

i knda have an issue with how the Zazzle site works, since you can customize and even change the pic's of the months-anyone's pic, not just your own-which seems really strange to me. kinda makes you wonder why we're all "fighting"(?) about who got in (hell, i'd like to see cbr's truck in there too).

ok, now point 2) i ordered quite a few last night, so i'm not sure why you haven't been informed yet-although i haven't recieved an email saying they've been shipped yet either, so we'll see.

They have to print them so they can't ship them right away. Might take a few days to do that, I don't really know. Zazzle makes good quality products.

I would have done the Canadian events if I thought of it >.< Sorry guys. Most of the events are the same tho (Christmas newyears xD)

yeah no option on allowing people to edit it. *rolls eyes*

sorry Craig, i meant to say that i never recieved a confirmation notice for my order even being placed (like they said i would), but i was smart enough to write down the hugh order # that came up on the screen after my order was placed

while it sucks that no Canadan holidays were included, i've gotten used to seeing that in quite a few calendars actually.

on your last point there, you misunderstood what i was saying (this time your fault ). you can actually change any of the pic's on there. i know this because i was going to switch my pic for the one on the back cover (this was discussed earlier between us, so i won't rehash it). i then thought that was odd, so i tried it with another month-and it work!

why are we able to do that? just a rhetorical question Craig, i don't expect you to answer that.

and i know many of us have said it already, but i'm gonna say it agian, great job on this calendar-despite all the mishaps. next year though, we start a little sooner-ok?

Actually you'd be surprised how many holidays are different. We don't have the same stat holidays as you guys, and apart from Christmas, Halloween and New Years just about every other holiday is different.
I don't really understand the ability to change all the pics either. If that is the case then why did we even bother collecting everyone's pics? Theoretically anyone can go on and just make their own with their own pics. Kinda seems like all that waiting and all that fighting was for nothing.

Diddo... I've let myself cool off, sorry for going kamikaze on you Craig lol... but frustration just came to a head.

Props for using your own time for this, looks good too.

As Alex said we have MANY different holidays lol, and apart from X-mas and New Years, we don't have many holidays that are the same.... Hell Ontario's the only province with "Family Day" lol... I'm glad our thanksgiving isn't in November either... a little cold for hunting by then lol.

And Martin, check your inbox man.

well, a little bit of sucess, at least for those of us around here-and Alex too.

recieved an email from Zazzle this afternoon that my order stands as follows;

Order ID: 131-15362068-XXXXXXX

Created: 12/11/2009 9:02:32 PM PST
Processed: 12/11/2009 11:10:07 PM PST
Shipped: 12/13/2009 3:40:31 PM PST

i opted or the normal shipping-which was a quarter of the cost of expidited shipping-and it should be here within 4 to 7 business days after manufacturing.

so hopefully by the end of the week, middle of next at the latest, i'll be holding the fruit of all our frustrations.

i know others (was it NJ ?) have already placed an order as well, and since they're in the US, hopefully get faster shipping than we do up here. so hopefully he'll give a hands on review of the product for all of us.

lol what I said is there is no option to not allow that. In other words I have no choice

Helps a lot with making greeting cards, you don't need to add any text you let the buyers do that xD
