ya a drift, only about 2 feet higher than the snow level around it though. we have gotten a TON of snow this year. huge preps for flooding this spring. they are calling for a 100% chance of a flood this spring, and its very possible for the flood to reach levels of 1997 the flood of the century.
Here is a pic of the snowhill i made at work (from shoveling about 7 parking stalls we have. This is ALL shovelled by hand, this is one of my buddys at work standing by it to see how high it is. This is about how high most snowbanks are from the plows on each corner, no joke.

Ok, you KNOW your in CANADA in the WINTER WHEN!!!!!!........................it gets to +4 in february and at 9pm you see a guy cruising around in his miata WITH the top down in a t-shirt!!!!.......DAMN
