The Lounge For casual talk about things unrelated to Blazers (ie. Off-Topic).

Which would be better, a Zr2 S-10 or a Z71 Silverado?

Yeah I'd much rather have a v8 but I live offroad and have some tight spots to get to. Only problem, for some reason the silverados look much more expensive vs. the zr2 s-10

A fullsize will be more expensive unless you're comparing a stripped down Silverado against a fully loaded S-series or ridiculously high miles on the Silverado vs low miles on the S-series.

Yeah I'll probably keep my eye out for a Sonoma zr2

i have owned a k5 blazer 1500 silvy and a 3/4 ton chevy and in my opinion i enjoy my zr2 the most it has a more sporty feel while driving over the 3 and it dont beat me to death like my 3/4 ton did yes there was a loss of power between the 1500 and k5 but i have made changes there the only regret i have is that i should have maybe gotten the zr2 s10 truck that had the 5 speed that set right next to it on the car lot but oh well i love my blaze
