Default hi-lift jack

how do you use of these jacks on a 95 jimmy? i saw them on their site being used on the bumper but with the weak bumpers of the jimmy where do you put it at?

the front bumper will need to have the plastic under it removed.

they also make that. i own it, never used it on mine. i can get the jack to work on both front and rear. but my air dam in front is removed.
