I Was Wondering If Anyone Has Painted The Whole Dash Everything (Up By The Window, Air Bag Cover, O-S&!# Bar) Cause I Was Also Thinking About Doing It Cause Its Cheap And Creative But Just Takes A Lil Bit Of Time..................

It would be best to take out the dash, but the cheap way to go would be to tape over the windshield and cover everything else you don't want to get overspray on. I would cover the vehicle, doors, take out what is not meant to be painted, sand/clean it, spray on some etching primer, and paint it. Depending on the type of paint (several out there) you will probably want to clear coat it. Check the can for details.

Make sure you don't get a paint that would cause glare. It's bad at night when your interior lights are glaring off your dash (if they happen to be on) and you are unable to see because of the glare from the windshield.

Another thing to note is that when painting over plastics and some of the ruberized dashes, you will need to have a paint with the proper flex addative. You don't want your new paint job to crack when you push on it.

Yep. I'm not sure, but I've used DupliColor Wheel Paint on my horn with no problems. I don't use my horn frequently, though, and have had no problems. It is heavy rubber, and not the foam-type rubber. There are ways of removing or sanding them. If necessary I can look them up for you.
