Only smoothie ones are the painted ones from GM. Any chrome smoothies are aftermarkets. Chrome plating ain't cheap. Probably run you at least $300 to get it chromed at a good chrome place, maybe more.

can't comment on that, something in the works. but thanks for the info guys, and the concern over the cost.

$300 for a good chrome job actually doesn't sound THAT bad.

it's for a '91 jimmy, BUT you can get new bumper mounting brakets and you have everything you were looking for.
and it's stupid cheap!
