Default Starting trouble

I have an 03 s10 2.2 5spd. My truck wouldn't start a few weeks ago out of the blue. I turn the key and nothing, no clicking or turning over. Lights come on and fuel pump primes. I can push start it. Here is what I have done so far.

Starter bench tested fine
Replaced ignition switch
I am getting power to the crank fuse
Battery is fine
Tried new clutch switch
Cable from battery to Starter is fine
Jumped the starter and it spins fine
Swapped out starter relays.

What is my next step? I am at a loss here. Thanks for any help.

Also my engine bay makes a strange ticking noise, sounds like it is coming from the injectors or throttle body, here is a video, it happens randomly when I leave the key in it. its kind of faint

Just checked voltage at the small terminal of the starter. My battery is getting a bit low but my battery reads 11.3 volts and the small terminal at the starter reads 9.85v

It might be your starter but do you have a good battery to try first? A good battery should have 12.5 volts at rest, 14.5 volts while the engine is running. Also, a battery cable can have internal corrosion that you can't see without stripping the outer insulation off. Are all connections tight? But try a good known battery first.
