Is the pioneer issue with the rca:s only when you plug something to them or all the time? Also is it an issue with all pioneer"s , like the pioneer 1900?.

they have still not fixed the ground problem. A pioneer told me that it is from touching the RCA's to metal after they are plugged in to the deck, but thats not the case. It is an issue witht he rca ground, just be really careful when you plug in RCA's into pioneers. It can be fixed, but it takes taking the entire unit apart and re-soldering the grounds for the RCA's. a real PITA
