Rex I got finished getting updated on your rear carrier and trans fluid update. Good job on the interior reinforcement plates. Also is blazer503

yes i know what a salvage yard is.the tire rack is on one of the post in a picture on the forum.but i need to know ,what models,and years to look for ,for the rack.to have a better range.i down loaded a picture of the rack.also seen same rack on a jimmy.and also downloaded some pictues of some things i have available,back window is for chevy pickup,was gotten for 1993,slightly tinted.has sliding window.

The tire carrier can be found on ANY 2door second gen blazer or jimmy that came equipped with one from the factory. That's the round body style like mine and yours anywhere from 95-05. The rear quarter panel where the carrier mounts is the exact same on all of these models.

i didn't know about the for sale part.thanks for the info.also for the rack info.were's the best place to go for lowering the 2001 ls two door?

just wondering rex did you have to reinforce the tailgate latch for the carrier

No I just used some self tapping sheet metal screws for the latch. I yanked the crap outta it and no movement so far but I will probably add actual nuts and bolts to it one day
