That's a good plan rich! I'm crashin on your couch whil I'm there lol

I am planning to build bumpers for it just need to stop being cheap and buy the steel! Birthday is coming up on the 27th maybe I'll ask for steel. Either that or I will hide it down behind the factory bumper for now since I'm stupidly impatient lol.

Decided to build a diff protector today. Picked up some 1 1/4 x 1/4 steel and went to work! I'll just let the pictures do the talking

And here's the finished product before paint

I'm happy with how it came out and I can still use my drain plug in my diff cover. I think it should protect it pretty well.

While the paint was drying I decided to go mess around on a new trail I found and that's when the blazer suffered a casualty!! I caught a branch on the edge of the trail and here's the result lol

I picked it up and shoved it in the back the best I could and headed back

Here's the damage

My wiring disconnected and was completely un damaged! Wish I could say I planned it that way lol

And here's the sad looking blazer

Guess this means its time to build a roof rack worthy of the blazer

hey man good job on the diff protector but u will run into a issue with the old template u modifies u will need to grind the flared edges off in order for it to fit inside the factoy bolt groove that's the issue I ran into when I was making mine and had to relate to a totally custom ring. hope it works out. and sucks about ur roof rack it must of been a hudge branch that took it off as I had trees and massive branches hit mine
