Found yet another leak, and a reason as to why not to buy DORMAN anymore, PCV L-boot split down the seamline, only a few hours of runtime since installing them... patched it with some 3/8th vinyl tube for right now until i can order a proper replacement. also have all of the parts for the vacuum system redo, and found washout on the intake runners around the #3 injector, so i guess that spider is my fuel pressure loss source.

got better video of the exhaust note, and, is this amount of valve clatter normal for an engine that's been shelved a couple of times over the years?

Will be doing replacement of the intake hat seal. if you dont want to do the old method of using a fuel pump tank seal and a drum sander i'll post P/Ns/ring sizes. o-rings get here from McMaster Carr on tuesday.

and of course, hit a snag with the intake seal
throttle body crosssection at inlet is 78mm,
throttle body intake OD is, dont know but alot bigger
stretched a 5mm/thick 78mm ID ring around it and cranked the hat down, seals well enough but it could be so much better.
Also replaced the transfer case output shaft/driveshaft yoke seal and found brownish/reddish fluid, not ATF though, tastes like gear oil so someone did a ****y when the Tcase was out of the rig a while back before it was my project.
