Nothing wrong with that. That's what the body shops use. Just alittle different setup - a dual caulking gun that automatically mixes the components at the tip.
Alot of the new vehicles have such thin sheet metal that welding is impossible. You have to use high tech adhesives.

Got rid of all the rust on the door seams and hood on the TB ( not much ) and coated it all with por-15.
Going to wait a week for it to set up and paint over it with some color match paint.

Now doing little random rust removal. Removed the hood support and the battery hold down and cleaned them up and put por-15 on them.
Next up will be an oil change and probably change the fluid and filter in the tranny before winter, and new tires.
Going to go with the same tires that are on the truck right now, Hankook Dynopro ATM.
Its funny, every tire site I have gone to when I enter the factory tire size on this truck (245/65/17) they tell me that was not an option for the vehicle.. but it was.
