Had a new shift cable installed as the original was messed up. Shifts real good now. Ordered Weathertech mats for the front.

Put a new EGR valve in. Nothing wrong with the old one and I'll keep it as a back up after I clean it.

Washed it.

WITH SOAP!

Something I haven't done in well over a year, LMAO!

Then applied some badges I got off a Tahoe a while back in the salvage yard, just to see if anyone will notice

Now just waiting on someone to say "hey I've never seen a Z71 Blazer before"

After I put a lift on it, I plan on getting the ZR2 decals for the same results... "I've never seen a 4 door ZR2 before."

I've pulled my heater core once more. Still leaking.

This time I'll plan a modification to the core encasement and modify the plastic cover. I'm pretty sure that afterwards (when being able to pull it in 5 minutes) I'm not going to change that core again.

At the same time I'll replace some of the soft foam on the main flap because in long tunnels I can smell outside bad air. Found out it does not close properly. Have to check that on this system.

Therefore I'm into HVAC mode now.
