I went to use these upgraded replacement visors for the first time today, and they were flaking debris all over in my cab and all over me. Now I must refurbish them. Started taking them apart. Waiting for new fabric to get delivered. Pretty simple job.

I have an annoying little rattle in one of my visors. Your pics will be really helpful to me to try to fix it.
Had to have Blazer towed back to the house. Overheated for some reason and then died while I was driving on the highway. Luckily I pulled over before and coasted to a good spot as he sputtered and died. Some guy that lived across the road came over to help and we hung out for over an hour while I was waiting for AAA. From initial diagnosis it looks like the coolant was gone, but I couldn't find a leak or smell one. I checked the oil and there was no sign of coolant in the oil, neither smell or feel. Tow truck got back to the house and my Blazer started up just fine, at least enough to park where I usually do. I'm gonna drain the oil to be 100% sure there's no coolant in the engine, and hope that I didn't burn the motor up or warp anything.
Also the cluster light "CHECK GAUGES" came on and then "SERVICE ENGINE SOON" came on as the temperature was in the red. This sucks, but things happen I guess. Blazer has only 139k miles on it. I guess I'll have to figure this out tomorrow. Wish me luck.
Just a few little things:
-I replaced the passenger side drip weatherstripping, as it has started falling off in the front corner where they always fall off. I used the LMC Truck seal, and 3m super weatherstrip.
-I also resoldered the wiper pulse board. 3 t20 screws and a connecter are all it takes to remove, so very easy. My issue was the wipers wouldn't stop if I used mist or the washers. I found a few cracked joints on the board, so fixed those. Now the wipers stop as they should!

Excellent. I remember doing the reflow on the pulse board a few years ago. Still working fine.

I started with a pressure tester on the radiator. Pumped up to only 8psi and immediately the leak revealed itself. It was the lower radiator hose! Engine got so hot it melted one of the coolant sensors also. I'm replacing the head gaskets and inspecting other parts while I'm in there anyway. Between dexcool and severe overheating, I think the seals don't have much longer anyway.
Oh boy, finally getting the head sorted out. Checked all deck surfaces and none are warped. Removed rockers and valves. Used some files and Dremel and ground down/smoothed away all the flash that was on the heads. I got them cleaned and ready for paint. I'm going to resurface and reseat/clean the valves before painting. These are just some random pictures I took.
