Nothing today, called Auto-plus in hopkins to see how much they charge for chassis saver paint. 37 a quart, 105 a gallon, not bad.
Next week I am going to be ordering the cab floors and other cab mount to finally get rolling on this thing since its going to warm up

I specifically used the JB Kwik because it sets up quickly and is cured within about six hours. Once I got the hinges back together I left the door closed for most of yesterday and part of today. So far there's no hint of lateral motion in the hinges. Everything is smooth and the JB is holding.

I'll check back in the future if that changes.

You didn't hear this from me ... But just fix all the leaks, and charge it back up with propane from you grill. You will have EPIC cooling. Dead serious! If the system was designed for R12, it will blow like a supermarket freezer. Just need to create some fittings for the tank, but it's the cheapest way to stay cool there is. I've done a couple cars with it with EXCELLENT results. On those hot humid dripping muggy days we have up here in MA, nothing beats it.

Some people freak out when you tell them that, due to the explosive nature of propane, but is it really any worse than driving around with 18 gallons of gasoline? Propane is also known as R290 & is widely used in Europe. The grill tank isn't quite as clean as true R290, but it works - trust me on that one.
