Lifting it up high for a low price
#21
Do you think just using normal lifting kit would be better?
wondering about the durability of the pucks.
alot of people will tell you its not a good idea. personally i think its people who have never tried it or have heard some kind of horror story. i have pucks on my truck (2") and have for a while. there have been many s series through my family over the years and id say 3/4's of them ended up on pucks at some point, either lift or replacement. i have never seen an issue. that being said thats a pretty good price by the time you buy pucks, bolts, washers etc you might as well just grab the kit. one tip to anyone planning on pucks, find i piece of abs pipe thats a tight fit to the pucks. makes it look alot tidier. lol ya i know im a redneck

yeah, my thoughts exactly Curtis.
problem is, after listening to her moan 'n groan for almost 3 years about the truck, less than 6 months after she gave up on it, he dumps it for an Escalade ESV.
finally wins the arguement...........then gives in!
