What do you mean by doing a SAS? And the seller took $1500 off the original price so now I have $1500 for parts which i'm not complaining about lol.

Sounds like you'll need a front drive shaft, front differential (make sure to match the rear axle gears), and CV axles to the front hubs. You may also need the vacuum actuator that sits under the battery and connects to the front diff if they removed that too. If it were me I'd go to a Pick-n-Pull type place and find a good condition truck with the right gears to canibalize for parts, and to learn how everything connects up.
While you have it out, replace the seals on the diff where the CV's connect to the diff, and replace the diff fluid. It will only cost you a few dollars and will save you some trouble down the road.

Sas is short for Solid axle swap. Basically you would be getting rid of the independent front suspension all together and replacing it with leafs or springs and a front axle from a donor vehicle. It would be quite a bit of work, but probably not a crazy amount more than what you are already looking at replacing the stock configuration.
