I have a feeling the guy who's been boasting about wanting a full-size would be a little jealous lmfao.

I don't know, I don't mind the chrome handles but I need to pull the one off anyway, it's starting to un-stick... that's why I hate stick on ****. I may try and get some colour matched handles... it's just I need to find the tailgate handle, Anyone know if the tailgate handle on the Avalanches/EscaladeEXT is the same as on the pick-ups?

Gas cap is gonna end up being stock as well.

hahahahaha. I haven't heard tell of my tow hooks in a long time. Thanks for bringing that up again Pat. lol. But seriously, no. My tow hooks are doing just fine . I have a couple of really big suprises coming this week, but I think I'll end up waiting on posting them until my entire plan is completed in a week or two. I'm having some funny electrical issues I'd like to get sorted out.

Thanks Phil... both sarcastically and not.

Not sarcastically because I appreciate the comments,

Sarcastically because now I'm even more excited to see what Alex is gonna pull out of hit rubber boot o' tricks. (Stirring the pot is fun!!)

Pulled the chrome handle overlay off the pass. door because it was coming off. I cleaned the glue off, stepped back and the truck looked $3,000 cheaper with the textured handles... **** me off. So I spent 20 minutes with a heat gun peeling the old double sided tape off the inside of the handle cover and burned myself while I was at it because apparently the handle overalys are aluminum... I was pretty surprised they weren't plastic, that motivates me to take care of them lmfao. Put it back on and the truck looks much better... I'm just chasing after the stock gas cap right now. I had bought the truck with the understanding that I'd be getting a box with stock parts in it... I went to pick up the truck and now they mysteriously can't find said box, I was PISSED... and as a result I don't have the stock airbox for the winter, nor do I have a stock gascap, and with this one having a smaller opening than stock, it's a ****ing pain to get the nozzle all the way in when fueling up.

I guess the thing too is that the handles grew on me, it sort of makes that chrome molding on the door look less out of place lol, when the handles were off it stuck out like a sore thumb. And I really don't feel like pulling that molding off because this thing has to go through 2 more years of school... at least.
