since the truck has been sitting along time (even though it probably was in dirt), i'd start with the easiest, and rotate your tires. when you're finished, go for another spin and see where the vibration is. if it's moved, get 'em balanced.
if it didn't, then it's time to investigate that FR corner, and see what's going on.
